Here is some more info on the details of Lindsay's arrest…I can't help but feel for her.  Not that she's not responsible for her actions but she is probably feeling very scared and confused right now.

Five days after being booked in connection with a May drunken driving charge, actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning on five charges — including drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance, Santa Monica police told CNN.
