This excellent movie directed by Ryan Fleck has been lauded by critics
and stars Ryan Gosling who is outstanding as a cocaine addicted, high
school teacher! It is a low-key but powerful story of a young man who
thinks he is a "functioning" member of society but, in fact, is
sinking out of sight - he is helped to recognize his plight by a
young student played very well by Sharika Epps.
