Sandy received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky in 1975, earned a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Arizona State University in 2001, and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from CapellaUniversity in 2007. She has 15 years experience working in the eating disorder field as a professional speaker, and is the former Executive Director of the Remuda Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to eating disorder prevention, education, and treatment.
Sandy’s approach to therapy is interpersonal and client-centered; she believes that each individual has the ability to change, learn, and grow, and she is honored to be part of each client’s journey toward sobriety, excellence, leadership, and service.
