Art and the creative process, offer an opportunity to explore painful thought and feelings in a safe and supportive environment. It involves a wide variety of art materials such as collage, pastels, oil pastels, clay mask making, painting or sculpture, to create a visual representation of thoughts and feelings. It requires no artistic experience!
