Leah brings to Gatehouse Academy a thorough understanding of addiction treatment, and a passion for personal excellence. Being in the industry since 1986, her experience represents a full range of knowledge and skills. Her origination in the field began as a certified therapist for Cottonwood de Tucson. In her career she has worked for numerous facilities in the following positions Intake Coordinator, Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, Director of Business Development and Executive Director. As the Chief Operations Officer for Gatehouse Academy, Leah oversees all areas related to compliance, risk management, facilities, information technology and Human Resources. She has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Arizona and a Masters in Business Administration with a specialty in marketing. She is an active member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, The American College of Addiction Treatment Administrators, The American College of Healthcare Executives, and has developed long lasting relationships with some of the most well known professionals in the treatment field. Leah is currently seeking her PhD in Healthcare Administration.

She currently serves as member Rotary Club of Wickenburg, Board of Directors Wickenburg
Community Hospital Foundation and the Women's Ministry Leader at Calvary Baptist Church.
