Michael Baldassare was born and raised in the small beach town of Madison, Connecticut. He commenced the Gatehouse Academy Program in February of 2006, but his journey with Recovery began with a stint at Second Nature Entrada, a wilderness program based out of St.George, Utah.

Mike brings an educational background of Business and Marketing to our Admissions & Marketing Department. He currently resides in Wickenburg, Arizona; and takes his weekends in the mountains of Prescott. He is passionate about the outdoors and hopes to share his knowledge and love of the wilderness with residents at Gatehouse. At the same time, he will be bringing a glimmer of hope to incoming families with a picture of what is on the other-side for their children, as well as working with Education Consultants to help them find treatment at Gatehouse.
