Dr. Kool completed a year of training and her pre-doctoral internship at Gatehouse Therapeutic Health Services before becoming the staff psychologist in 2010. Dr. Kool received her Bachelor's of Arts in psychology from the University of Colorado and both her Masters in Clinical Psychology and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University/Phoenix. Dr. Kool specializes in working with individuals with chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders. She has knowledge and experience with psychological assessments, such as personality, cognitive, and achievement tests, and is a supervisor to our practicum therapists.
